Operations Strategy & Scale: Drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation.
Fulfilment & Network: Manage warehouse networks, capacity planning, and peak-event execution.
Inventory & Logistics: Optimize working capital, improve delivery SLAs, and reduce cost per shipment.
Customer Experience: Elevate CSAT/NPS by driving root-cause resolution for seamless buyer journeys.
Vendor Operations: Ensure high marketplace vendor compliance and fulfilment efficiency.
