Our client is a leading global specialist in energy management and automation and is looking to engage a Consultant – HR Operations who can:
Support end-to-end HR operations across corporate and manufacturing functions, ensuring productive execution of HR processes.
Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, addressing HR-related queries and driving timely resolutions.
Coordinate and support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, confirmations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support business decision-making.




Drive effective stakeholder management by partnering with business leaders and influencing key HR initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills Required:
4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate and/or manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Solid influencing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

experience with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is an advantage.
