Who We Are Looking For




4+ years in data science or related quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Math, etc.)
Solid foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and problem-solving
Experience with large, high-dimensional datasets and communicating insights clearly
Expertise in up-to-date ML approaches including:
Transformers (NLP, representation learning)
Deep learning techniques
Graph-based methods (Graph Neural Networks)
Exposure to causal inference / decision-focused modeling is a plus
Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes
Robust collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience taking models to production
Healthcare Revenue Cycle domain experience is a plus
