Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
Support onboarding and documentation of current employees.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support HR policy implementation and compliance.
Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
