Steady is building a people-first emotional wellbeing platform that connects individuals with trained listeners while helping campuses and organizations build stronger emotional support systems.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to join our founding team and own our volunteer operations.
What you’ll do
Recruit and screen volunteer listeners.
Coordinate onboarding and training.
Manage volunteer communication and engagement.
Keep internal communities active and organized.
Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Track volunteer performance and follow-ups.
Work closely with the founder and operations team to build scalable systems.

This isn’t a traditional internship. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Steady operates from the ground up and will have significant ownership from day one.
