Role Description The HR Intern role at Laneway is a part-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home assignments. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and documentation, and helping coordinate interviews and meetings.

Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of HR policies, supporting perks-related queries,



and contributing to employee engagement activities and internal communications. The HR Intern will also help with basic HR data management, reporting, and research on best practices in people operations, while collaborating closely with the HR team and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and interest in HR Management and people operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and basic exposure to Employee Perks and compliance-related processes.
Ability to assist in Personnel Management activities such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software or spreadsheets is an advantage.
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate within a quick-paced consulting setting.
