Senior leadership position and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance.
Manage strategic supplier partnerships, negotiations, and vendor governance to drive value and supply continuity.
Oversee demand planning, inventory optimization, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for efficient operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Production, Quality, and Sales to align procurement with business requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, statutory, and procurement standards while driving process excellence.
Lead cost-saving initiatives, leverage ERP-driven efficiencies,



and build high-performing teams to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Knowledge of the restaurant or leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage inventory effectively.
