About SILMATES:

Silmates Private Limited is Service provider company working in the Medical Equipment domain. We are working with our offshore clients for the NPD, Sustenance engineering, Testing, V&V; activities for their existing and under development products, in the area of Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Software fronts.

We are also working with clients for their end to end (Concept to Market) product development needs especially in medical domain.

& Responsibilities :

· Hiring:

Managing recruitment process to get best talent on board.

· Employee data: Maintaining employee data

· Workplace safety: Ensuring employees comply with company policies and listing to employees' complaints

· Communication: Speaking to every member of the organization, including participating in the interview process and welcoming employees during orientation

· Payroll: Managing payroll

· Human resource development: Developing fair HR policies, implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques, assessing training needs,



and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees

· Personnel management:

Managing, engaging, and motivating employees for their benefit as well as the perk of the organization.

· Event management:

Organizing and managing various activities and events for organization.

· Work culture enhancement:

Practicing and work towards enhancing great work culture across the organization.

Skills Required

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

· Positive attitude

· Valuable hands-on experience on Professional social media like LinkedIn.

· Understanding of Labour laws and best practices is good have.

· Ability to create valuable content shall be an added advantage

Qualification

· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.

· Experience in Hiring candidates in IT, Embedded, Electronics fields.
