We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our organization. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team, gaining valuable exposure and experience in various human resources functions. This internship provides an excellent chance for individuals looking to start their career in HR and develop a solid foundation in HR practices and processes.

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute engaging events, programs, and initiatives that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team bonding.
Organize and manage employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, sports events, and other interactive programs.
Contribute to building and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination,



and onboarding.
Provide administrative support by handling employee queries, managing communications, and assisting with routine HR tasks.
Support the design and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Previous hands on experience in HR domain (internships , training ) will be added Advantage

Work from office

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Word ,Excel, MS Word, emailing).
