Role Overview:

We’re seeking a high-performing HR Intern with proven interest in recruitment and a strong foundation in core HR practices . This role combines end-to-end hiring responsibilities with opportunities to drive people-centric initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and closure.




Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and ensure alignment on expectations.
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and assimilation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Own responsibilities of employee engagement & relations.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through every candidate interaction.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Robust stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, high-growth setting.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and data tracking tools.
Combination of execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.
