Team Leadership & Regional Management: Lead and manage regional training teams across North, East, and West regions. Ensure consistent delivery of training initiatives across locations while addressing region-specific requirements.
E-learning & Training Academy Initiatives: Create engaging and interactive E-learning content to ensure adaptable and accessible learning prospects. Drive the implementation and growth of the organization's Training Academy initiatives.
Training Effectiveness & Business Alignment: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Align training objectives with overall business goals to ensure measurable impact on organizational performance.
