We are partnering with a leading global Banking organization to hire a Head of Technology Delivery to lead enterprise-wide technology delivery, transformation, and execution across complex business and technology portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technology delivery across large-scale transformation programs.
Drive execution excellence using Agile, Scaled Agile (Secure), Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management methodologies.
Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Build and lead high-performing technology delivery teams across multiple geographies.
Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.
Ensure governance, risk management, quality assurance,
and successful program execution.
Required Experience
20+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Professional Services, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation and delivery programs.
Robust expertise in Scaled Agile (Protected), Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Project & Change Management.
Experience leading global teams and managing senior business stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated experience delivering AI Transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
Excellent people leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.
