Role Description The Human Resources Intern will work full time on-site at our Mumbai location, supporting daily HR operations and assisting the team with key people processes.

Responsibilities include helping with recruitment activities, such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. The intern will assist in maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding procedures, and helping implement HR policies and benefits-related documentation. The role also involves providing administrative support,



helping organize employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to basic personnel management tasks.

This position offers hands-on experience in HR within a retail environment and the opportunity to learn from experienced Retail professionals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a retail workplace.
