About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities
Administering Compensation and Benefit Plans.
Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes.
Conduct Employee Onboarding and Help Plan Training & Development.




Providing Support to Employees in Various HR-Related Topics such as Leaves and Compensation and Resolving any issue that may arise.
Promoting HR Programs to create an Efficient and Conflict-Free Workplace.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies.
Undertaking Tasks around Performance Management.
Maintain Employee files and records
Enhance Job Satisfaction by Resolving Issues promptly, applying for new perks and perks, and organizing team-building activities.
Ensure Compliance with Labor Regulations. Qualifications

Master's degree and equivalent experience in Human Resources

2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

Solid interpersonal and communication skills
