A) Role & responsibilities i) HR Roles and Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment including drafting JDs, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers.
Facilitate onboarding and induction for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into culture.
Maintain and update HR records, employee contracts, and leave/attendance systems.
Assist in implementing performance management systems and coordinating feedback/review cycles.
Plan and support employee engagement, well-being, and professional development initiatives.
ii) Administrative Roles and Responsibilities
Manage office infrastructure, supplies, and facility-related requirements.
Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and internal meetings including booking and reimbursements.
Maintain documentation for vendor contracts, procurement records, and administrative correspondence.
Support asset management including inventory tracking and audits.
Assist in streamlining internal processes and contributing to a paperless office system.
B) Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and engage effectively with both internal teams and senior government stakeholders verbally and in writing.

C) Education MBA (Human Resources or Personnel Management) from a recognized University or Qualified Institution recognized by Government .
D)Experience
Minimum 4 years total skilled experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role, with demonstrated expertise in HR policy formulation, recruitment and performance management in Government or large organizations; sound knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliances; and proven people-management and communication capabilities
