HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function and build a positive, high-performing workplace. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
Handle employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive, productive, and qualified work culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
