Role Description The Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru office. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, explaining Internz Learn’s offerings, and converting leads into enrollments through calls, messages, and online meetings. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, follow-up with interested prospects, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and providing explicit information about course benefits, pricing, and enrollment processes.
The Inside Sales
Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts, meet sales targets, and ensure a positive learner experience throughout the onboarding journey.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with an interest in building a career in education technology.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and basic prospecting, including handling inbound inquiries and outreach to potential learners.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain offerings clearly and support learners professionally.
Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn, with good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (students in final year may be considered), with a strong motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, learner-centric culture.
