Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru. The Intern will support daily operations across fashion, marketing, and brand activities, including assisting with product cataloging, social media content, and community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities may include helping coordinate photoshoots, preparing content for the website and online store, and gathering feedback from customers and social channels. The Intern will collaborate with the team on trend research,



idea generation for new collections, and execution of promotional campaigns aligned with W.T.F’s values of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. This role is designed to offer exposure to streetwear fashion, brand building, and e-commerce operations in a quick-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications
Interest in fashion, streetwear culture, and Gen Z trends, with a keen eye for style and detail.
Basic skills in content creation and digital communication (e.g., social media posts, captions, simple copywriting).
Robust organizational and time-management abilities to support multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team and communicate clearly in English.
Comfort using common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, social media platforms; exposure to design tools is a plus).
Demonstrated creativity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-evolving setting.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fashion, design, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
