Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Muthoot Finance Ltd is an on-site internship based in Lucknow. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations such as assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities may include supporting HR data entry, updating HR databases, preparing basic reports, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives or training coordination. The intern will collaborate with HR team members, learn standard HR practices,

Qualifications
