Counsel experienced specialists via phone, email, or chat to identify programs suitable for their career advancement.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain and update MIS reports, CRM records, and lead tracking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and enhance the learner experience.
