We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the resort. The ideal candidate should be honest, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a clean, protected, and welcoming workplace for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, bathrooms, and common areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
Ensure rooms are prepared according to resort standards before guest check-in.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
Assist with laundry operations, folding linens when required.
Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as reception, dining areas, corridors, and recreational facilities.
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Provide courteous and qualified service to guests while respecting their privacy.

Requirements




Hardworking, honest, and dedicated to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform housekeeping duties.
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and housekeeping practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive time management and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping at a hotel, resort, homestay, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ability to communicate politely with guests and colleagues.
