Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes.

Responsibilities include helping to implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support for HR documentation and compliance.



The role may also involve assisting with payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and coordinating employee benefits-related queries. The intern will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
