TheHousekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations ofthe housekeeping department and ensuring that all areas of the facility aremaintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. They willmanage a team of housekeepers, assign tasks, and oversee the cleaning scheduleto ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

KeyResponsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating the work of the housekeeping team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure the highest quality of work
Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility, including guest areas, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Inspecting all areas of the facility regularly to ensure that they are clean, well-maintained, and comply with health and safety standards
Training current housekeeping staff members on cleaning procedures and standards and ensure that they adhere to these standards
Ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment for the department.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that housekeeping needs are met,



including responding to guest requests for additional services or supplies
Ensuring that all housekeeping equipment is maintained and in valuable working order.
Monitoring and maintaining departmental budget, including tracking expenses and ordering supplies within budget.

Qualifications:
Minimum SSC pass or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel management required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role,
Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures and standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff members
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
