IESManage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in sync with the respective hiring manage rs.Solid understanding and ability to coordinate / recruit in volumes through various channe ls.Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strate gy.Maintaining talent pipelines with past applicants as well as potential candidates for future hiring nee ds.Creating an awesome candidate experience and handhold the candidates for a smooth transition into the organizati on.
