We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – IT Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is an excellent chance for individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be eager to learn, and be comfortable interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen IT candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Support the HR team in recruitment-related documentation and reporting.
Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility




Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
