Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Jabalpur at MGAUS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. The HR Manager oversees end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Daily responsibilities include partnering with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, conducting interviews, managing HR documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The role also involves designing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, resolving employee concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager tracks HR metrics, prepares reports for leadership, and ensures that all HR practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Qualifications Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement,



and conflict resolution to support a healthy work workplace.

Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with applicable labor laws.

Experience with HR administration, including maintaining employee records, handling payroll inputs, and managing HRIS or similar systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.

Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role, ideally within an information technology or qualified services setting.
