HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations within our real estate organization. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy &
Operations
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Prepare HR MIS reports and recommend process improvements.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
Recruitment &
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Engineering, Projects, Finance, Accounts, Legal, Admin, and Site teams.
Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring TAT.
Employee

Management
Manage onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and employee documentation.
Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and exit processes.
Conduct employee feedback and exit interviews.
Payroll &
Compliance
Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and salary inputs.




Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, POSH, and labour laws.
Maintain statutory records and audit documentation.
Performance &
Development
Implement KRA/KPI and appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Site HR Coordination
Coordinate manpower requirements with project and site teams.
Conduct HR site visits and ensure policy implementation.
Team Management
Lead and guide the HR team.
Conduct review meetings and coordinate with management and department heads.

Qualifications &
Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
5–8 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years in Real Estate/Construction industry.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
Positive communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Location: Pune (Deccan Gymkhana)

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
