> Key Responsibilities: The Senior Health Lead will be responsible for the following, working closely with the firms leadership, sector experts, and partner institutions:

Business Development and Resource Mobilisation
Programme Design and Delivery

Team Leadership and Capacity Building
Eligibility and Essential Qualifications: The role is open to Indian citizens only. Candidates must meet all the following essential criteria:
Citizenship: Indian citizen.
Education: A postgraduate degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Management, or Economics.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare / public health consulting.
International projects: Demonstrated experience of managing international projects.
Large-scale programmes: Must have managed at least three (3) large-scale health projects in India and/or globally.
Health funding and priorities: Well versed with the health funding landscape and emerging health priorities globally.
Leadership: A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience. Director and above position in the organization.
