Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and people processes for Pravixa AI’s in office team in Kolkata. This full time role includes leading recruitment and talent acquisition, conducting interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating workforce planning with business leaders. The HR Manager will administer compensation and benefits, support performance management cycles, and develop policies that align with local regulations and company standards.

The role also involves driving employee engagement initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, facilitating learning and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and HRIS records.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in core HR management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

Candidates should possess experience with performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and policy development.

Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS tools, documentation practices, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision-making.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of applicable labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices relevant to India.

Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and prior experience in a technology or software-driven workplace is an advantage.
