Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepal. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

The Human Resources

Officer will handle employee relations, support performance management activities, and assist managers in developing accurate and transparent job descriptions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations, coordinating HR-related communications,



and contributing to initiatives that support employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with core HR operations and processes.

Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Development, with the ability to create, implement, and maintain explicit and compliant HR guidelines and role profiles.

Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, including resolving workplace concerns, supporting fair practices, and promoting a respectful work environment.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.

Candidates should possess solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Prior experience in an HR role and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Nepal will be considered an advantage.
