We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Assistant to support our IT Head in managing and maintaining the organization's IT hardware and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and format desktop and laptop systems.
Install and configure printers.
Install USB LAN adapters and other hardware peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve PC hang-ups and other basic hardware and software issues.
Provide day-to-day IT hardware and technical support.
Perform basic LAN wiring, cable crimping, signal testing, PC health checks, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware support.
Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
Basic knowledge of LAN wiring, cable crimping, network testing, and PC maintenance.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
