Role Description The Human Resources Officer at Elsamex Maintenance Services Limited will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures in an in office, full-time role based in Bikaner.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, developing and updating job descriptions, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves handling employee relations matters, assisting with performance management processes, and advising managers on HR best practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.

Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to manage employee concerns, foster engagement, and support conflict resolution.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
