We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and related IT equipment. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide in office and remote support.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
Install and support operating systems and basic software
Manage hardware inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
Provide technical support to end users
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Hardware, or related field
Proven experience in computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and peripherals
Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts is a plus
Robust communication and customer support skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
*Salary is based on previous experience Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
