qKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across the construction site, offices, and project locations.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and VPN access.
Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain servers, network switches, firewalls, and data storage systems.
Provide technical support to site employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of project management applications, ERP systems, and communication tools.
Maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security-related IT infrastructure.
Perform regular data backup, system updates, and disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with telecom and internet service providers for connectivity and troubleshooting.




Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Support remote users and coordinate with the corporate IT team for project requirements.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
38 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, CCTV, and IT Security.
Ability to work independently at project sites and handle multiple IT support activities.
