Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
Monitor system and application health using AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents
Participate in release and change review meetings, contributing to platform stability
Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort
Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement performance improvements
Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker
Maintain explicit and comprehensive documentation for incident resolutions and procedures

Required Qualifications
IT Operations: Solid experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
SRE Experience: 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or production support
Development: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
Containerization: Skilled in Kubernetes and Docker environments
CI/CD: Familiarity with Jenkins, Git,



and automated deployment pipelines
Education: bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Skills
Experience with Java performance tuning and JVM optimization
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with shell scripting or Python automation for operational tasks
Understanding of ITIL processes and incident/change management best practices
Experience with data governance tools or Informatica Cloud (IICS)
Background in healthcare, pharma, or retail industry environments
