Key Responsibilities

1 Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets for plate products.

2 Drive sales and market development of Value Added Grades (Q/QT) Plates across targeted segments and customers.

3 Identify current business prospects and develop strategic accounts to increase market share.

4 Manage and develop strategic key accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer retention.

5 Prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of orders.

6 Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

7 Monitor order status, dispatches, and collections to ensure healthy working capital and timely realization of receivables.

8 Promote higher value realization through increased penetration of Q/QT and other specialized grades.





9 Understand customer applications and provide technical support for the adoption of value-added products.

10 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics and recommend appropriate actions.

11 Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

12 Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and monthly business reviews.
