Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Mysore for a Key Account Handler — E-commerce. The role involves managing and growing key e-commerce accounts, ensuring optimal product listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain stock availability and timely order fulfillment.

The Key Account

Handler will monitor sales performance, analyze data and customer behavior, and implement strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and market share for core product lines. Daily responsibilities include handling platform communications, resolving customer or partner issues, supporting campaign launches,



and maintaining compliance with marketplace policies and service-level standards. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance to support overall e-commerce business objectives.

What you'll do

→ Own the P&L; for one platform — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket)

→ Drive sales, ad spends, listings, pricing and promotions to hit growth targets

→ Manage day-to-day platform operations — cataloguing, inventory health, buy-box, returns and account health

→ Run the numbers: ROAS, conversion, ranking, share of category

→ Work with our brand, design and supply teams to launch and scale SKUs

What we're looking for

→ 3–6 years managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central experience is a must)

→ Someone who lives in Seller Central dashboards and can read the data, not just report it

→ Hands-on with ads, keyword ranking and promotions

→ Category background in FMCG, personal care or baby care a plus

→ Sharp on Excel and numbers
