About the Role

We are looking for a driven Key Account Executive (KAE) to support the execution of Modern Trade (MT). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing store operations, ensuring product availability, and driving in-store execution across key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned Modern Trade & LMT accounts.
Ensure timely order booking, product availability, and replenishment.
Execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for seamless execution.




Track secondary sales and monitor outlet-level performance.
Maintain robust relationships with store managers and category teams.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Support the Key Account Manager in account execution and business growth.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in Up-to-date Trade/LMT.
Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Hygiene, or Baby Care categories.
Robust execution, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Valuable analytical and communication abilities.
