Operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines for sheet metal processing.
Read and understand engineering drawings, DXF files, nesting layouts, and job cards.
Load and unload MS, SS, Aluminum, GI, and other sheet metal sheets using proper material handling equipment.
Select and run the correct CNC program according to the production schedule.
Ensure accurate cutting dimensions and maintain product quality as per customer requirements.
Perform first-off inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.
Monitor machine performance and adjust cutting parameters when required.
Minimize material wastage by following approved nesting plans.
Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and daily maintenance activities.
Report machine breakdowns, tool issues, and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
