Job Overview

This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development for the front level associates of the organization. Leading and managing intervention-based learning.

Roles Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities entail
Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment / evaluation methods
Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them
Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available
Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
Define ROI on every training program delivered
Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
Act as a liaison with LD and the business units to ensure consistency with practices




Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the LD function
Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization s code of conduct always

Qualifications

Skillset Requirement:
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Critical thinking and persuasive skills
Exceptional skills in connecting and influencing people
Data oriented / Excel knowhow
Proactive and outstanding sense of ownership

Should have the ability to work under stringent timelines and pressure
Ability to prioritize relevant tasks / activities
Flexibility to work in various shifts

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of solid knowledge and experience with the soft skills training Function
Should be a Graduate in any discipline
