ey Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the hotel premises.
Support senior technicians in attending to guest complaints related to maintenance issues in rooms and public areas.
Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, kitchen, laundry, and other operational areas.
Help in preventive maintenance activities as per the hotel maintenance schedule.
Carry out minor repairs such as changing bulbs, switches, sockets, taps, locks, and other fittings.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, equipment, and the engineering workshop.
Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and completed work in the maintenance logbook or software.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, fire safety standards,



and hotel engineering policies.
Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leakage, equipment breakdowns, and fire alarm situations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B;, and other departments for timely completion of maintenance work.
Learn the operation of generators, pumps, boilers, air-conditioning systems, and other hotel equipment under supervision.
Follow grooming standards, punctuality, discipline, and qualified behaviour expected in a 4-star hospitality setting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
