Manage L1/L2 IT support operations for end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and application issues.
Administer Active Directory including user accounts, groups, password resets, and access management.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Monitor antivirus compliance and endpoint security.
Ensure timely OS updates, software patching, and system health.
Support Microsoft Outlook, DMS, Oracle, and other business applications.
Coordinate with OEMs and L3 support teams for issue resolution.
Provide VIP and Executive IT support, including Video Conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely incident resolution.
Conduct user awareness sessions and provide technical guidance.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certifications like ITIL, Microsoft, CCNA, or MCSA will be an added advantage.
