Key Responsibilities -

Engineering & Maintenance
Lead Engineering & Maintenance across manufacturing facilities.
Ensure high equipment reliability, uptime, and effective preventive/predictive maintenance.
Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, breakdowns, cost optimization).
Ensure statutory compliance of engineering assets and utilities.

Capital Projects
Lead Brownfield expansion and CAPEX projects from planning to commissioning.
Manage project execution, vendor coordination, equipment selection, and timely delivery.
Ensure successful installation, qualification, and handover of recent facilities and equipment.

Utilities & Infrastructure
Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities including HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, ETP, Electrical, Compressors, DG Sets, Water Systems, and Automation.

Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Support regulatory audits and maintain engineering documentation.

Operational Excellence
Drive Lean, TPM, energy conservation,



automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and engineering standardization.

People Leadership
Lead and develop Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Projects teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Candidate Profile -
15 - 20 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance & Projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Mandatory experience in API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Solid exposure to USFDA, PMDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, EDQM, ANVISA, RFDA, KFDA, and other global regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in Brownfield expansion projects, including CAPEX planning, engineering, equipment selection, installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, and project handover within timelines and budget.
