Operations Support

•Provide operational support to the team, including handling meetings and taking minutes.

•Maintain time sheets, compilation of data, and update the activity list weekly for relevant stakeholders.

•Prepare weekly reports and assist with operational resources if required.

•Perform any other miscellaneous activity as required.

Delivery Support

•Ensure the operational delivery meets the quality criteria and maintains client satisfaction.

•Assist with activity planning and maintain the activity calendar.

•Assist with queries and operational monitoring.

Client management

•Liaise with internal/external clients to ensure client satisfaction.

•Provide documentation and presentation support to relevant stakeholders as required.

Communication

•Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and clients





•Follow up on the progress of tasks and communication with management/clients
