Job Title: Maintenance Trainee Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline

Job Summary The Maintenance Trainee will support the maintenance team in ensuring the productive operation of production machinery and equipment. The incumbent will receive hands-on training in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Attend machine breakdowns and support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform routine inspections to identify equipment abnormalities and report findings.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of recent machinery and equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records,



checklists, and equipment history.
Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and servicing of machines as per maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and help reduce downtime through timely maintenance activities.
Support inventory management of maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts.
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and statutory regulations while performing maintenance work.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and work area.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
