We are a rapid-growing construction company executing residential and commercial projects across Kerala. We are looking for a highly active, responsible, and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to manage site operations and support project execution.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards
Ensure safety compliance at site
Assist in project planning, material management, and reporting
Handle site documentation and measurements

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome




Willingness to travel across project sites in Kerala
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
