Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Understand client objectives and align solutions to meet business goals.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.




Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to deliver customized solutions.
Identify risks in client relationships and proactively address challenges.
Mentor and guide junior account managers to build solid client engagement skills.

Requirements:
Experience : 6+ years in key account management, business development, or client servicing
Skills : Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Knowledge : Ability to handle multiple large accounts.
