We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven LMS/LXP Administrator to lead the management, integration, and optimization of our global learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a cornerstone of our talent development strategy, ensuring our platforms provide a seamless, cutting-edge experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Mastery: Act as the primary administrator for Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Cornerstone Galaxy, ensuring high platform availability and optimal user experience.
Technical Integration: Oversee the technical ecosystem, including SCORM and xAPI (Tin Can) standards, and manage the deep integration between the LMS and HRIS systems like Workday.
Migration & Transition: Lead end-to-end projects involving platform migrations, vendor transitions, and the consolidation of learning technologies.
Data & Analytics: Design and execute robust reporting frameworks to track learner engagement and ROI, utilizing data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Content & Knowledge Management:
Supervise the end-to-end content management process and apply knowledge management frameworks to organize and surface critical learning assets.
Experience: 6–8 years of overall qualified experience, with 4–6+ years specifically supporting end-to-end eLearning content and platform administration.
Technical Must-Haves: Proven expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand and Cornerstone Galaxy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or a related field.
Strategic Skills: Robust background in Project Management and Change Management, particularly during system migrations.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills (The "Plus" Factor)
Hands-on experience with AI features within learning platforms to enhance personalization.
Familiarity with advanced Content Management strategies and LXP social learning features.
