Are you an experienced IT leader who thrives on driving complex digital projects from concept to delivery? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client's Digital PMO team. In this role, you will lead high-performing teams, manage strategic IT initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop project scopes (Project Charters), proposals, and business cases.
Build and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines across complex IT initiatives.
Build strategic relationships and communicate progress, risks, and solutions to key executive stakeholders.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.
Guide project teams, mentor Junior PMs, and drive continuous improvement in PM methodologies.





Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:

5+ years as a Senior Project Manager in IT, BPO, or related sectors.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/Post-Grad preferred).
Methodologies & Tools:

Solid proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks, PM tools, and Google Suite (expert level).
Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written English (C2 or equivalent) with solid stakeholder management skills.
Core Skills:

Strategic problem-solving, change management, adaptability, and team leadership.
