We are hiring a Loan Adviser / Home Loan Coordinator to support clients in home loan file coordination, loan document collection, bank follow-ups, agent coordination, and loan process tracking.

This role is suitable for candidates who have experience or interest in home loans, banking, loan processing, DSA coordination, financial services, or client documentation work.

Key Responsibilities
Collect home loan details and required documents from clients.
Coordinate with clients, banks, and loan agents.
Track home loan transfer or loan-related process stages.
Follow up for pending documents and updates.
Maintain loan file status in CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Update clients about loan process progress.
Escalate significant or delayed cases to the senior team.
Support the team in loan-related client service.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of home loans, banking,



or loan processing.
Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
Comfortable with client calls and follow-ups.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
Positive coordination and documentation skills.
Responsible and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience Home loan executive, loan officer, loan coordinator, loan processing executive, banking executive, DSA executive, credit processing executive, or financial services executive.
